| Kicker | FGM | FGA | FG% |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cameron Dicker | 129 | 138 | 93.5% |
| Nick Folk | 110 | 118 | 93.2% |

| Brandon Aubrey | 112 | 127 | 88.2% |
| Chris Boswell | 117 | 135 | 86.7% |
Across 138 attempts since 2022, Dicker has made 129 (93.5%) — the highest FG% of any kicker in the NFL with a meaningful sample size.
The gap to second (Nick Folk's 93.2%) is razor-thin, but the volume gap is large: Dicker has 20 more makes than Folk on a similar attempt count. The closest peer on volume + accuracy combined is Ka'imi Fairbairn (136-of-149, 91.3%), but that's still 2 percentage points behind Dicker.
Undrafted in 2022, career FG% has been above 93% in three of his four seasons.

Dicker went undrafted in 2022 out of Texas. He spent his rookie year on three rosters (BAL → LAC → PHI → back to LAC), then settled in as the Chargers' kicker for 2023.
The accuracy curve has been stunningly flat — between 92.7% and 95.5% every single season. Volume has grown each year (21 → 31 → 39 → 38), and the long FG has crept up from 48 yards as a rookie to 59 in each of the past two seasons.
From under 50 yards, he's missed three FGs in four years.
SplitCareer FG accuracy by distance
| Distance | FGM | FGA | FG% |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0-39 | 69 | 70 | 98.6% |
| 40-49 | 39 | 41 | 95.1% |
| 50-54 | 14 | 18 | 77.8% |
| 55-59 | 7 | 9 | 77.8% |
| 60+ | 0 | 0 | — |
From inside 50 yards, Dicker has missed 3 field goals in his entire career on 111 attempts (97.3%). One was the lone 0-39 miss; the other two were in the 40-49 bucket.
The gap from 50+ is interesting — he's at 77.8% on 50+ attempts (21-of-27). League-average from 50+ is about 67-69%, so he's still above the mean — but he's not Brandon Aubrey on long balls. The Chargers have never asked him to attempt a 60-yard FG, which the data shows is by choice rather than by failure.

39 FGM in 2024 — most by any Chargers kicker in the database era.
MilestoneHis 2024 season (39-of-42) was the most makes by any Chargers kicker in any single season in the database era. He followed it up with 38 makes in 2025 — back-to-back top-10 NFL FGM seasons.
The context: he's still on a rookie contract, having gone undrafted out of Texas. Three full-time seasons + a 22-game rookie split, all with 90%+ accuracy. The contract negotiation is going to be expensive.
Career FG% is 4.5 points higher than Justin Tucker's — on a quarter of the volume.
ComparisonCareer FG% — Dicker vs the accuracy benchmark
| Kicker | FGM | FGA | FG% |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cameron Dicker | 129 | 138 | 93.5% |
| Justin Tucker | 424 | 477 | 88.9% |
Across his 4-year career (129 FGM on 138 FGA), Dicker's 93.5% rate sits 4.5 percentage points above Justin Tucker's career mark (88.9% on 477 FGA) — the accuracy benchmark every modern kicker is measured against.
The sample is the caveat — only 4 seasons vs Tucker's 12-year body of work. The rate, if it holds for another 8 seasons at the current trajectory, would put him on the same Hall-of-Fame conversation Tucker entered before his career declined.
He kicked for 3 teams in his rookie year — and still finished 95.5%.
AnomalyIn 2022, Dicker started the year on Baltimore's practice squad, got promoted by the Chargers in October, and split time with Philadelphia in November before returning to LA for the stretch run. He went 21-for-22 across that chaos — a 95.5% conversion rate that was tied for the best in the NFL among kickers with 20+ attempts.
It's hard to overstate how unusual that is. Kickers who change uniforms mid-season historically miss at higher rates (different snappers, different holders, different surfaces). Dicker missed one field goal the entire year — and immediately built it into a long-term Chargers job in 2023.
